Where do you provide service?

We service Los Angeles, Oxnard Santa Barbara, and Orange County.

What are your hours of operation?

Our dispatch office is open Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm; Saturdays from 9:00am to 1:00pm. Our vehicles run 365 days a year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. If you have an emergency or require immediate assistance after business hours our service will give you an emergency number to call.

When do my charges begin and end when renting a limousine?

This is referred to as “Trip Time” and is based on the chauffeur’s time of departure from our location until the return to our location.

What is your minimum hourly requirement?

Weekdays are 4 hours and Weekends are 5 hours.

How do I know what size limousine is best for my needs?

Limousines are rated by the number of passengers they are allowed to hold. Century Limousine stretch limousines (6-7 passenger) super stretch limousines (up to 10 passengers), and super stretch SUV’s (up to 14 passengers). For the best comfort for your event you should subtract 2 from the above numbers. If you are booking airport transportation, please be aware of the size and amount of luggage your party has; if you have 8 people going to the airport with a lot of luggage you would want to consider using the 14 passenger SUV.

How do I reserve a limousine?

Simply call our office with a credit card number or online reservation. For new customers your card will be charged on the date you book your trip. For established accounts in good standing, the trip will be charged once it is complete. If your trip requires a deposit, i.e. proms, weddings, special events, the deposit will be charged the day you book your trip. If you would like to pay by check we still need a credit card number to hold your reservation. All personal check payments must be received 10 days prior to your event. Please contact us for information regarding the establishment of a new corporate account.

Can I pay cash for the trip?

Cash is always accepted; however we do need to have a credit card on file to hold a reservation.

How do I handle the gratuity for the chauffeur?

Standard gratuity is between 20% of your trip, about what you would pay at a restaurant.

What is your cancellation policy?

The deposit is NOT refundable or transferable. Cancellation must be made one week prior to the service date or there will be charged of 50% cancellation fee, but if cancellation made less than 72 hours there will be charges full amount of the contract.

How far in advance should I book my wedding?

As soon as you have confirmed your wedding date, church and reception location, it is a good idea to book your limousine. Our Range Rover & Mercedes is booked for the wedding season very early on so you will want to make your reservation as soon as you have your information.

What is offered with airport service?

Our airport service is a door-to-door service in a vehicle of your choice. We provide complimentary water and a daily newspaper for your trip.

How far in advance should I book my Prom?

Prom season is very short and there is usually more than one school having a prom on the same weekend, so as soon as you know the date of your prom you will want to book your limousine. Limousines for proms are historically completely booked by the beginning of March.

How is an Hourly job charged?

The passenger is charged the Normal Fare from the pick point to the Destination/ Certain Town, the Wait in that town is charged by the hour. The passenger is allowed to make stops in the same town for as many hours the wait time is.

For Example, a passenger waiting time is 2 hours in the same town, then he/she is allowed to make 2 free stop in that town. But if the Passenger stops in one town for 2, 3 or 4 hours and wants to make a stop in any other town, then he/she gets charged as normal stops

With guaranteed on-time service, what happens if we are late?

We are in the industry where lateness is routine, however, we on the other hand have a 99% ON TIME pick up record. If we are late picking you up we will give you a 20 % discount on your bill.<

Is smoking allowed in your limousines?

In all of our vehicles, smoking is strictly prohibited. This policy allows us to maintain the highest quality fleet of our vehicles. However, our chauffeurs will gladly stop as frequently as guests may need to get out of the limousine and enjoy a smoke.

How can I pay for limousine services?

A $100.00 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is required to reserve a limousine for services, and the balance for the initial scheduled time is due the week prior to the date of service. Any additional time used (subject to availability of the limousine) will be charged and due at the end of the service. Payments may be made with cash, local check, money order, or credit card (MasterCard, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, OR DISCOVER).
